We really hope you and yours are keeping well and staying healthy during this very strange time.
We felt it was important to reassure you of our service, after we moved to Level 5 restrictions until early December. We are so lucky that our workshop is only a short hop from our home (well within the 5km guideline), so although nothing is normal right now, at our workshop we will continue doing our best to keep things “business as usual”. We work closely with our logistical partners UPS, and while they are still delivering, we’ll still be here packing up your orders with love.
This year in particular, spreading love and joy is more important than ever, so we will continue to send each gift, beautifully wrapped for that “wow” moment upon opening.  After all, we could all do with a little sparkle in our lives right now.
We are however, working on a super tight skeleton crew – and when I say super tight, I mean there is one member of our team working each day to limit our contact but to ensure orders are sent out to you as quickly as possible.  Our phone line will not be in operation, however should you have a query, we are available to chat on Instagram & Facebook DM’s and also at hello@juvidesigns.com.
We have learned so much in the past few months and have already installed additional steps to ensure our careful packing process maintains the highest hygiene levels.  Our team always use gloves when gift-wrapping each order – tricky as it may be, it’s worth it for the well-being of our staff and customers.
During this time, our beautiful stores in Arnotts and Brown Thomas, Cork will close as of the end of day on Wednesday 21st October and remain so until the restrictions are lifted and it’s safe to do so.  We will continue to keep you updated over the course of the next few weeks.
We would like to thank all of our fantastic customers for their support, understanding and patience right now. Where possible, we would ask that you hold off on making special order requests and returning repairs until our workshop is back in full working order to ensure that your piece gets the care and time it deserves, as our Silversmiths and Jewellery makers have downed tools for now.
Your orders really means the world to us and each one is helping us plan for the re-emergence of Juvi once this blows over.
