While UPS & DPD are super quick with their deliveries, we cannot guarantee timeframes. We advise that you keep an eye on the tracking of your parcel and contact UPS should there be an issue with delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
We put care and time into every single order that we pack up and send to you. Whether you are ordering a something lovely for yourself or a special gift for a loved one, we promise to ensure your parcel is packed with love.
We offer the option of gift-wrapping your order in our beautiful recyclable postal boxes, or, should you prefer minimal packaging (without the gift box bag and tissue) we can send your piece in a plush Earth-kind padded envelope. Simply choose which you would when adding to cart.
If you are ordering multiple gifts (we just love it when we see Bridesmaids gift or best friend orders come through), just let us know at the check out notes, so we can gift wrap pieces separately where needed.
We work closely with our logistics partners UPS & DPD, who endeavor to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has left our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow its movements until it arrives at your door. As this is an automated message, be sure to check your spam folder just in-case.
