Repairs & Returns

We want to ensure that your special Juvi piece is perfect for you.

The utmost care goes into the creation of every single Juvi piece and quality is important to us.

In the unlikely event that your piece is affected by a craft flaw, we promise to replace it for up to 100 days from the date of purchase.

All you have to do is choose from the list below and fill in the form, we’ll be in touch.

If your Juvi piece, doesn’t suit, doesn’t fit, we are more than happy to help you out.  Simply return the piece to us and let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.

See our Exchanges & Refunds T&C’s below.

      Our promise to you

All of our pieces are made with care by our experts to the highest standards. We want you to be able to enjoy and treasure your Juvi piece forever so we offer the following means of support to help you keep your piece looking brand new.  In the unlikely event that your piece suffers a manufactural issue within the first year of purchase, we are more than happy to repair or replace it* as part of your warranty.

      Change of heart?

Should you change your mind and wish to return or exchange your piece of Juvi, you are free to do so within the first 30 days from purchase. Simply pop your piece into us at our stores in Arnott’s or Brown Thomas, Cork (or return by post to our Juvi Repair Studio) and we will be happy to help you choose a new piece or organise a refund. All we ask is that you return the piece in pristine condition, along with the relevant pacakging, along with proof of purchasing. We are happy to refund or exchange all pieces except earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

      Freshen up

Over time you may notice the colour of your piece fade, this is due to nature of gold plating. Should this happen during the first year of purchase, we are happy to replate your piece free of charge. Should you wish to replate your piece after this period, we can do so for a nominal charge (price will depend on the piece). Simply drop your piece into us at our stores in Arnott’s or Brown Thomas, Cork (or return by post to our Juvi Repair Studio) and we will breathe new life into your Juvi jewellery.

      Whoops!

Life happens, we get that – and so do accidents. If you accidentally snag or damage your jewellery, don’t worry – our expert team are on hand to help bring it back to life. Simply drop your piece into us at our stores in Arnott’s or Brown Thomas, Cork (or return by post to our Juvi Repair Studio) and after assessment, we will be in touch with a quote for repair. Please allow 4-6 weeks for completion of your repair – but we promise to get it back to you as quickly as we can.

        What is Gold Vermeil?

Gold Vermeil refers to gold plated sterling silver. Our Gold vermeil uses 18ct gold and the plating layer is a minimum 2 micrometres thick.

        Are the gemstones real?

Of course! We travel the world to source materials and the most beautiful and ethically sourced gemstones.

We work hand in hand with people on the ground and forge relationships around the world with craftspeople who have decades of experience with local gemstones.

        One of the most inspiring

        parts of our creative process

        is gemstone selection.

We travel to India, taste the food, drink tea with the locals and delve into the world of natural beauty as we watch our chosen stones go through the steps of cutting, faceting and polishing.

So much care is put into this process, as these stones will take centre stage in the jewellery we design when we arrive home to our studio in Dublin.

All of our gemstones are precious or semi precious, and our pearls our freshwater pearls.

We use only sterling silver, and 18ct gold plating (vermeil) to create our jewellery.
