We want your new piece of Juvi to get to you quickly and safely, so we use UPS for all orders.

REGULAR SHIPPING GUIDELINES Although we endeavor to have your piece with you as quickly as possible, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. We work with UPS as our delivery partner. Due to high volumes, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

The Republic of Ireland, UPS (€5.75) – please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.

You can track your order by logging into My Account. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched. This includes international orders. You will also receive an order confirmation with tracking details by email

We hope you love your Juvi jewellery, but should you find the need for an exchange or refund, we are happy to do so at our stores in Arnotts, Dublin, or Brown Thomas, Cork, within 28 days of delivery. Alternatively, you can return it directly to our workshop, simply email hello@juvidesigns.com for details

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange earrings, we hope you understand.  It’s best to bare this in mind when considering gifting a pair of earrings.

Due to the unique, bespoke nature of our Initial Hand-Stamped Jewellery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pieces from this collection.

Vermeil is gold plating over sterling silver and over time it can eventually start to fade. To keep your piece looking like new, we offer a replating service to freshen it up so you can continue wearing it for years to come. Our lovely team in our workshop is always on hand to alter, repair or resize any of your purchases, email us at repairs@juvidesigns.com and we will be happy to help you.

All Juvi jewellery is carefully hand-crafted using recycled sterling silver.  Our gemstones have been sustainably and ethically sourced, and hand-cut by our expert team in Jaipur, India.
