Delivering your perfect Christmas gifts on time is important to us. Here are some dates to keep in mind, to make sure your beautiful Juvi pieces are safely under the tree for Christmas Day.

Republic of Ireland , Nightline (€6.50) – please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. Excludes weekends.

U.K, Nightline (€9) – please allow 4-6 working days for delivery. Excludes weekends.

USA, Zone 4 An Post (€10.90) – please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Excludes weekends.

Europe Zone 3 An Post (€10.90) – please allow 5-8 working days for delivery. Excludes weekends.

Australia Zone 4 An Post (€10.90) – please allow 10-12 working days for delivery. Excludes weekends.

Global Delivery Zone 4 An Post (€10.90) – please allow 10-12 working days for delivery. Excludes weekends.

Orders are sent on a Delivery Duties Paid service, so no additional customs or taxes will be charged.

Out of stock items will be delivered within 6-8 weeks.

You can track your order by logging into My Account. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched. This includes international orders.

We hope you love your Juvi jewellery, but if you are unhappy we will exchange at our stand alone stores in Arnotts Henry street, or House of Fraser Dundrum, within 28 days of delivery.

The piece must be returned in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange earrings, for hygiene reasons.

Due to the unique,bespoke nature of our Initial Hand-Stamped Jewellery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pieces from this collection.

To ensure you get the most out of your jewellery , store in a bag or box when not being worn, to reduce tarnish.

Vermeil is Gold plating over sterling silver and over time will eventually wear off. When it does we offer a replating service.

We are also happy to alter, repair or resize any of your purchases.

All Juvi pieces are made from Sterling Silver and Gold plated Sterling Silver, and are hallmarked to guarantee the quality and purity of the product.

To ensure you get the most out of you jewellery , store in a bag or box when not being worn to reduce tarnish.

Vermeil is Gold plating over sterling silver and will eventually wear off. Should your piece require a replating withing the first 100 days, we are happy to replate it free of charge. Should you wish to replate your piece after this period, we can do so for a nominal charge (price will depend on the piece).
