We want your new piece of Juvi to get to you super quick and safely, so we use UPS for all orders.

Republic of Ireland, UPS (€5.75) – please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

U.K, UPS (€12.00) – please allow 4-6 working days for delivery.

U.K, Rest Of The World (€13.00) – please allow 4-6 working days for delivery.

Europe (€15.00) - please allow 4-6 working days for delivery.

Orders are sent on a Delivery Duties Paid service, so no additional customs or taxes will be charged.

You can track your order by logging into My Account. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched. This includes international orders. You will also receive an order confirmation with tracking details by email /p>

We hope you love your Juvi jewellery, but should you find the to need for an exchange or refund, we are happy to do so at our stores in Arnotts, Dublin or House of Fraser Dundrum, within 28 days of delivery. Alternatively you can return it directly to our workshop, simply email hello@juvidesigns.com for details

Refunded or returned pieces mustt be returned in their original condition, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange earrings, we hope you understand.

Due to the unique,bespoke nature of our Initial Hand-Stamped Jewellery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pieces from this collection.

Vermeil is gold plating over sterling silver and over time it can eventually start to fade. To keep your piece looking like new, we offer a replating service to freshen it up so you can continue wearing it for years to come.

All Juvi pieces are made from Sterling Silver and Gold plated Sterling Silver, and are hallmarked in the Dublin Assay Office at Dublin Castle to guarantee the quality and purity of each piece.

To ensure you get the most out of you jewellery, store in a bag or box when not being worn to reduce tarnish.

Vermeil is gold plating over sterling silver and will eventually wear off. Should your piece require a replating withing the first 100 days, we are happy to replate it free of charge. Should you wish to freshen up your piece with an extra coat after this period, we can do so for a nominal charge (price will depend on the piece).
